Article 5: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is exclusively governed by the laws in force in Italy.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Roma.
The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining legal terms.
